Online Personal Training
Build strength, confidence, and energy over 12 weeks
No time for the gym? Too tired after work? Worried you’ll hurt yourself? Tried before and stopped?
My online coaching is built for people juggling work, family, fatigue, and confidence.
You get a personalised training plan, delivered through my THP app, ongoing coaching support that adapts as you go.
Train at home or in the gym. Follow clear sessions. Feed back how it feels. Adjust when needed.
No pressure. No intimidation. Just structured training that fits around real life.
Online personal training at Titanium High Performance gives you personalised remote fitness coaching without rigid schedules or unrealistic expectations.
Whether you call it virtual PT, online coaching, or remote personal training, the idea is simple: you get a structured plan built around your goals, your experience, and the time you actually have. Most clients start with 12 weeks of support (three months of coaching) to help them rebuild strength, improve confidence, and get back into shape in a way that fits real life.
This isn’t a generic workout plan.
Your training is adjusted as you go based on how your body responds and what’s happening week to week. If something isn’t working, it changes. The focus stays on steady progress, not perfection.
You can choose plans to suit training at the gym or at home. Your sessions are laid out clearly in the app, with exercise videos and simple guidance. You follow the plan in your own time, and I support you throughout the block to help you stay consistent around work, family, and everyday commitments.
Many clients come to me after time away from exercise, when energy is low, confidence has dipped, or they’re trying to get back in shape. Coaching focuses on rebuilding strength, moving well, and creating habits you can actually keep.
I’m a certified personal trainer with Level 3 Personal Training and Level 3 Exercise Referral qualifications. That means I’m professionally qualified to support safe, effective training for people at different stages, including those returning to fitness or managing health considerations.
Online Personal Training that fits your life
How does online personal training work?
My online coaching starts with understanding you, not handing you a generic plan.
You begin by selecting the right plan based on whether you’ll train at the gym, at home, or if you’re returning from injury or a long break from fitness.
Next, you’ll complete a few simple forms covering your goals, training experience, and any injuries or health considerations. You’ll also complete a basic movement check. This gives me a clear picture of where you’re starting from and what might need adapting.
From there, I build your personalised 12-week programme around your body, your schedule, and your set-up.
Your training is delivered through the THP app. You’ll have structured weekly sessions with clear exercises, video demonstrations, and guidance on sets, reps, rest times, and progression. You don’t need to guess what to do or how hard to push. It’s all laid out for you.
You train on your own schedule, with coaching throughout the block.
Your progress is reviewed weekly and your programme is adjusted as you go. If something feels too hard, too easy, or uncomfortable, it gets changed. Training evolves as you do.
My coaching focuses on consistency and realistic pacing. You’re supported to build habits that fit real life, not perfect weeks. This helps avoid burnout and the cycle of stopping and starting.
Good online coaching shouldn’t feel distant. With my plan, you always know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how it fits around work, family, and everyday life.
What can I expect from an online plan?
You’ll get access to the THP app, where your workouts live and where you can track sessions, progress, and photos (if you wish) over time. You’ll also receive simple nutrition guidance with no foods banned or extreme rules.
Check-ins weekly with me, to help keep you on track and adjust things when needed, and you can ask for extra one-to-one support or feedback if something feels unclear or off.
How soon will I see results?
It depends on what "results" mean to you, but here's what typically happens:
First 2-4 weeks:
Energy improvements (feeling less fatigued, better mental clarity)
Movement becomes easier (exercises feel more natural, less intimidating)
Confidence builds (you know what you're doing, routine feels established)
Neural adaptations (your body learns movements, coordination improves)
4-8 weeks:
Strength gains become noticeable (lifting heavier, exercises feel easier)
Movement quality improves (better form, less discomfort)
Consistency feels sustainable (training becomes part of your routine, not a chore)
8-12+ weeks:
Visible physical changes may start appearing (depends on goals, starting point, consistency)
Strength continues progressing (hitting weights you didn't think possible)
Mental resilience improves (handling stress better, more capable in daily life)
Long-term habits solidify (training becomes non-negotiable self-care)
What affects timeline:
Starting point (completely new vs. returning after time off)
Consistency (3x/week vs. sporadic training)
Sleep, nutrition, stress levels
Goals (strength vs. aesthetic changes vs. energy/wellbeing)
The honest truth:
Quick fixes don't last. The average client trains for 12-15 months because real results come from sustainable consistency, not 6-week transformations that disappear the moment life gets busy.
If you're looking for rapid transformation promises, THP isn't the right fit. If you want to build lasting strength and capability, we should talk. description

This service is for people who want to get stronger, feel more confident, and improve their fitness in a way that actually lasts. It’s a good fit if you’re busy, returning to training after time off, managing an injury or health consideration, or fed up restarting plans that never stick.
It also works well if you know what you should be doing, but struggle with consistency, structure, or accountability on your own.
Online personal training is ideal if you want expert coaching without being tied to a location. Clients across the UK train with clear programmes, simple guidance, and ongoing support designed to fit around real life, not take it over.

This isn’t for anyone chasing quick fixes, extreme plans, or “30-day transformations.”
If you’re looking for rigid meal plans, daily accountability messages, or high-pressure coaching designed to push you regardless of how you’re feeling, this won’t be the right fit.
It’s also not for people who want perfection, all-or-nothing approaches, or someone to motivate them every single day. Online coaching with me works best when you’re willing to take responsibility for showing up, even on imperfect weeks.
This isn’t influencer-style fitness. There’s no hype, no shouting, and no shortcuts. You won’t be told to train through pain or ignore your body.
If you’re not ready to follow a structured plan, give honest feedback, or commit to steady progress over time, this probably isn’t for you.
And if your main goal is rapid weight loss above everything else, without caring about strength, movement, or long-term health, you’re unlikely to get what you’re looking for here.
My coaching is built for people who want realistic progress, supportive coaching, and fitness that fits real life. If that doesn’t sound like you right now, that’s okay. There are plenty of other options out there.

Online personal training is worth it if you want structure, guidance, and accountability without being tied to fixed session times or locations. For many people, the biggest barrier to progress is not effort, it’s consistency. Online coaching solves that by giving you a clear plan and ongoing support that fits around real life.
Unlike generic workout plans found online, online personal training is personalised. Your programme is built around your goals, experience, schedule, and any injuries or health considerations. This means you are not guessing what to do or changing plans every few weeks when motivation dips.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. You can train at home, in the gym, or while travelling. Sessions fit around work, family, and energy levels. This makes it far easier to stay consistent over months, not just a few motivated weeks.
Online coaching also removes pressure. There is no audience, no rushing to appointments, and no feeling of being judged. Many people feel more confident training this way, especially if they are new to exercise or returning after time off.
Online personal training is not about cutting corners. It still requires effort and commitment. What it removes is wasted time, confusion, and all-or-nothing thinking. With the right coach, you still get progression, feedback, and accountability.
It may not suit someone who needs hands-on correction every session or thrives on face-to-face interaction. For everyone else, especially busy adults, online personal training is often more sustainable than traditional sessions.
If your goal is long-term strength, confidence, and better health, online personal training is absolutely worth it when done properly.

Yes, as long as coaching is appropriate and responsible. For many people, structured online coaching is safer than following generic workouts without guidance.
It starts with assessment and communication. As part of onboarding, you complete forms covering your injury history, current symptoms, and any medical advice you’ve been given. Where appropriate, you’ll also confirm that you’ve checked with your GP or medical professional that you’re in a position to start a fitness programme. Your training is then built around what you can do, not what you can’t.
I’ve worked with clients managing arthritis, COPD, diabetes, hernias, and people returning to fitness after knee replacement surgery, as well as those coming back from long breaks or recurring aches and pains.
Online training allows for careful exercise selection. Movements can be adapted, ranges of motion managed, and load progressed gradually. This helps you stay active while respecting your body and reducing the risk of setbacks.
This approach works especially well for people rebuilding confidence, managing joint issues, or living with long-term conditions. Coaching focuses on strength, control, and steady progress rather than pushing intensity too quickly.
Online coaching doesn’t replace medical care. I’m clear about scope and will always advise when further medical input is needed. Training should support recovery and long-term health, not work against it.
Many people struggle because they either stop completely or try to train through pain. Online personal training offers a middle ground. You stay active, supported, and structured without guesswork.
I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with an additional Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification, which allows me to safely support clients with health conditions, injuries, and those rebuilding confidence in movement.
With the right support, online training can be a safe and effective way to rebuild strength and confidence.

A plan is a set of workouts. Coaching is an ongoing process.
A training plan tells you what to do. It might be well written, but it does not change when life changes. Coaching, on the other hand, adapts as you go. It responds to feedback, progress, setbacks, and real-world constraints.
With a plan, you are responsible for interpreting how it fits your life. With coaching, that thinking is shared. Your coach helps adjust volume, intensity, and expectations so training stays realistic.
Coaching also provides accountability. Knowing someone is checking in, reviewing progress, and supporting you makes a big difference to consistency. Many people know what to do but struggle to stick to it alone.
Another key difference is progression. Plans are often static. Coaching evolves. Loads increase, exercises change, and goals shift based on how you respond, not on a fixed timeline.
Coaching also includes reassurance. When motivation dips or progress feels slow, a coach helps you stay grounded rather than quitting or overcorrecting.
If you are confident, experienced, and self-directed, a plan might be enough. If you want structure, support, and long-term progress that fits real life, coaching is the better option.
