Once completed, will receive an email with all the details on getting started and downloading your app. Please check your spam, junk or promotions folders for this email. If you don’t receive the email in the next 15 minutes, please contact us directly. 

Refunds & cancellations: By beginning the onboarding process you agree that the coaching service has commenced. If you choose to exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period, a refund will be issued minus a reasonably proportionate amount to cover the costs of the services provided up to the point of cancellation.

After this period, payments are non-refundable, as your programme, app access, and coaching support are already in progress.

If you experience a serious medical issue that prevents you from continuing (such as injury or illness confirmed by medical advice), please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, we may offer a pause, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
