This page outlines the general terms, expectations, and policies that apply when working with Titanium High Performance.
Full programme details, pricing, and specific commitments are provided separately at sign-up.Our aim is to be clear, fair, and transparent before you commit.

When you train with Titanium High Performance, you can expect:
Structured personal training delivered either in person, online, or as a hybrid
Coaching built around strength, consistency, energy, and long-term progress
Access to our coaching app for training delivery, progress tracking, and communication
Ongoing guidance, feedback, and programme adjustments throughout your plan
Specific session frequency, programme length, and delivery method depend on the plan you select and are confirmed individually.

To avoid confusion, it’s important to be clear about boundaries.
We do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes such as weight loss or body composition changes
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
We do not provide personalised meal plans
We do not replace physiotherapy, mental health support, or medical care
Training outcomes depend on consistency, effort, recovery, and factors outside our control.

By signing up to any Titanium High Performance service, you agree to:
Complete required onboarding information honestly and accurately
Follow training guidance to the best of your ability
Communicate early if something feels uncomfortable, unclear, or unmanageable
Take responsibility for your own health, recovery, and lifestyle choices
Training can always be adapted. Silence or disengagement makes that harder.

All online and hybrid services are delivered through our coaching app.
This includes:
Workout plans
Check-ins and progress tracking
Educational resources
Coach communication
Clients are expected to use the app as their primary point of contact unless otherwise agreed.
Response times are reasonable but not instant. Coaching is structured, not 24/7 on-call support.

We provide general nutrition guidance to support training, energy, and recovery.
This may include:
Habit-based advice
Food logging and reflection
Education around fuelling and consistency
We do not provide:
Prescriptive meal plans
Medical or clinical nutrition advice
If you require specialist dietary support, we recommend working with a registered dietitian.

Progress may be tracked using:
Performance markers
Habit consistency
Self-reported feedback
Optional measurements or photos
Sharing measurements or images is always optional. Nothing will be used publicly without explicit consent.

Clients may be invited to provide feedback or a testimonial at the end of a programme.
If shared publicly:
Only agreed details will be used
First names or initials are used unless otherwise approved
Participation is voluntary

Payment terms are agreed at sign-up
Some programmes are paid upfront, others may be recurring
Full details are provided before confirmation
Failure to complete a programme does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.

Cooling-Off Period
Where applicable, clients are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, in line with UK consumer law.
During this period, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
After the Cooling-Off Period
After this period:
Payments are generally non-refundable
Exceptions may be considered for serious medical or health issues that prevent participation
In such cases:
Medical documentation may be required
Titanium High Performance reserves the right to offer a credit, partial refund, or programme pause
Decisions are made case by case
Refunds or credits are non-transferable.

If life circumstances change:
Programmes may be adjusted where possible
Short pauses may be agreed at our discretion
Long periods of inactivity may require re-onboarding
We aim to be flexible, but structure matters.

All personal information is treated as confidential.
We comply with UK GDPR requirements and only collect data necessary to deliver coaching services.

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to train.
If you experience pain, injury, or health changes:
Stop the activity
Inform your coach promptly
Seek medical advice where appropriate
Training is always adapted, never pushed through pain.

By purchasing or participating in any Titanium High Performance service, you confirm that you have:
Read and understood these terms
Accepted responsibility for your participation
Agreed to engage in coaching in good faith
