Every journey is different. You might be juggling a busy career, returning to training after time off, managing an injury or health consideration, or feeling stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping. My role is to give you clear structure, support, and coaching that adapts as life changes.

Through my online personal training, you get personalised programming, clear guidance, and ongoing support wherever you are. No rigid schedules. No unrealistic expectations. Just training you can stick to and progress you can trust.

I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with an additional Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification, supporting safe and effective training for all levels and abilities.

In Person Personal Training

Personal training at THP is built around you, not a template.

Sessions take place at JD Gyms Renfrew and are suitable for beginners, experienced gym users, and people returning to exercise after time away. Every session is planned around your goals, your movement, and what’s realistic for your life right now.

We focus on building strength, improving movement, and helping you feel more confident in the gym environment. You’ll never be rushed, shouted at, or pushed through something that doesn’t feel right for you.

This option is ideal if you value hands-on coaching, in-person feedback, and dedicated time with a coach to build skill and confidence.

  • One-to-one personal training offers fully personalised support with your coach focused solely on you.

    Each session is tailored to your current ability, goals, and any injuries or health considerations. You’ll receive clear guidance on technique, pacing, and progression, with time to ask questions and adjust as needed.

    This is well suited to people who want maximum support, are new to training, or want accountability built into their week.

    Choose from Bronze, Silver or Gold packages.

  • Buddy training allows you to train alongside a friend, partner, or family member while still receiving coached support.

    Sessions are structured so both people are challenged appropriately, even if you’re starting from different levels. It’s a great option if motivation comes easier when you’re training together, or if you want shared accountability without losing structure.

    Buddy training keeps things supportive, focused, and enjoyable.

  • Hybrid training combines in-person sessions with structured online support.

    You’ll train face-to-face when it matters most, while following a personalised plan through the THP app between sessions. This gives you flexibility while keeping coaching, progression, and accountability in place.

    Hybrid works well for busy professionals, shift workers, or anyone who wants structure without needing to be in the gym every week.

Online personal training at Titanium High Performance is not generic workouts or automated plans.

It’s structured coaching delivered through our app, with a real coach reviewing your progress, adjusting your programme, and supporting you week to week. You train where you are. We handle the structure and guidance.

This option suits people who want flexibility without losing direction, accountability, or support.

  • Designed for people who have access to a gym and want a clear, progressive training structure.

    Your programme is tailored to your experience level, goals, and schedule. Exercises are explained clearly with video demonstrations, and progression is built in so you know exactly what to work on and when.

    This plan works well if you like training independently but want expert guidance and accountability in the background.

  • Ideal if you prefer training at home or have limited equipment.

    Your programme is built around what you actually have access to, whether that’s dumbbells, resistance bands, or bodyweight only. Sessions are realistic, time-efficient, and adaptable as your routine changes.

    You still receive the same coaching support, progress tracking, and plan adjustments as gym-based clients.

  • This option is designed for people coming back to exercise after injury, illness, or a long break.

    We start with a movement and mobility assessment, then build your plan gradually around what you can do safely and confidently. The focus is on rebuilding strength, improving movement, and restoring trust in your body.

    This is a supportive, measured approach that prioritises long-term progress over rushing results.
