At THP, I’m increasingly using hybrid plans to help my clients stay consistent even when life gets busy.
You might train in the gym once a week and follow a tailored online plan for the rest of the week at times that suit you. That balance helps to keep the overall costs down, works to build your own confidence training independently, and fits around your schedule.
In my experience hybrid coaching is ideal for people who travel frequently, parents juggling family life, or anyone who simply wants more freedom without losing the structure of a fitness plan.
With my hybrid coaching you still have the benefit of using my app meaning that I can keep track of your progress, checks in when you need them, and I can continue to adjust your plan as you progress.
